To secure your reservation, we only require a one-night deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your arrival date. If your reservation was made on February 1st, 2024, or later, Campspot will automatically charge the card on file for the balance two weeks before your arrival.
For reservations made before February 1st, 2024, you’re required to pay the balance two weeks prior to arrival. You can conveniently manage your payment by creating an account at www.campspot.com or contacting the Camp Host at the office for assistance.
If you opt not to pay in full upon booking your reservation, the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For stays of 8 days or longer, we require payment in full.

As an industry, RV parks are experiencing a surge in speculative reservations, which are often cancelled last minute, making it challenging for other guests to secure spots. To enhance our reservation experience and provide accurate availability information, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy
Up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival:
- Refund minus a $35 processing fee, or
- Camp credit minus a $10 processing fee, with the remaining balance of the reservation credited toward a camp credit
13 days to 6 days prior to scheduled arrival:
- A refund with a “one night deposit” deduction will be charged, or
- Camp credit minus a $10 processing fee, with the remaining balance of the reservation credited toward a camp credit
From 5 to 3 days before your scheduled arrival:
No refund is offered; a one-night deposit will be charged, and the balance of the reservation may be placed on a camp credit
For notices of less than 2 days or in the event of a ‘No-show’:
The full fee will be charged in the event of a ‘no-show’ or if a guest provides less than 2 days’ notice. Additionally, failure to honor a reservation without prior notice will result in the inability to book future reservations, and any existing reservations will be forfeited.
If you opt to modify or reschedule your reservation dates less than 14 days before arrival, the policy aligns with our cancellation policy.
**CAMP CREDITS ARE VALID FOR 18 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF REFUND**
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the park office during business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email. Reservations cannot be sold or transferred.
Refunds: Camping is an outdoor experience. We do not offer refunds or credits due to the discomforts of nature. Additionally, no refunds or credits will be provided for early departures.
After Hours Check-in: If you arrive after 6:00pm, please visit the after-hours box to collect your welcome package. It will be available in the arrivals box located at the steps of the Camp Store. Your packet will include your name and site number for easy identification.
Arrivals after 10:00pm require advance approval by phone.
A late departure will result in an additional night’s charge.
